Dr. Dade Sadare has been involved in hospital setup, management, and clinical issues for over 30 years, providing professional input in critical medical systems such as the nurse call system at Lagoon Hospitals. He holds a First Class B.Sc. from Kent University, Canterbury, and earned his Ph.D. from King’s College, University of London, in 1983.
With a background in designing artificial speech systems to aid communication for handicapped individuals, Dr. Sadare has significantly impacted medical ethics and rehabilitation initiatives. His passion for improving communication tools for disabled children and his long-standing relationship with Lagoon Hospitals showcase his dedication to healthcare innovation and ethics.
Isaac Orolugbagbe is a Senior Fellow at the Lagos Business School and Adjunct Faculty at Strathmore Business School, Nairobi. With over 30 years of experience across diverse industries such as aviation, logistics, and oil & gas, he specializes in business strategy, innovation, and corporate governance.
Isaac has held senior positions including Managing Director of Red Star Express Plc. (FedEx Licensee in West Africa) and CEO of Skyway Aviation Handling Company (SAHCO Plc). As CEO of Accelstra Limited, he advises organizations on sustainable growth strategies, working with top firms like Merck KGaA and SIFAX Group.
Toyosi Odunmbaku is Co-Sector Head of the Health & Pharmaceuticals Sector at Jackson, Etti & Edu, where he specializes in healthcare law and compliance. He advises on projects involving procurement, importation, and distribution of pharmaceutical products and medical devices in Nigeria.
Toyosi also serves on the Medical Ethics Board of a leading Lagos hospital and regularly advises the Healthcare Federation of Nigeria (HFN) on healthcare-related advocacy, regulatory issues, tax avoidance, and investment in Nigeria’s health sector.
